Quickstart 10

Choose the right payment path at checkout instead of forcing every order through the same method.

The checkout modal supports cash, card, check, on-account billing, and store credit. Card payments also split into terminal, POS terminal, and external/manual entry depending on how the register is configured.

Start with amount due and choose the base payment method.

Use Terminal for card-present checkout on a physical device.

Use POS Terminal when the card is entered inside FlintPOS.

Use External or manual when the payment happened outside the POS.

Use cash, check, account, or store credit when card processing is not the right path.

Apply multiple payments until the balance is cleared and finalize the order.
