Quickstart 01

Build the account you’ll sell, invoice, and deliver against.

The customer record drives pricing, tax treatment, on-account terms, portal invitations, and default delivery information. The guide below walks through the first setup in the same order the product expects it.

Open the Customers workspace and start a new record.

Enter identity fields so the account is searchable and contactable.

Set account behavior with type, net terms, credit limit, and tax exemption.

Add the first address so delivery and tax logic have a destination.

Create the customer and confirm it appears in the list.
