Purpose
Add-ons turn on extra FlintPOS tools, such as Storefront, Dispatch Pro, or TaxJar. Review the price and terms shown before you activate one.

Go to Settings > Add-ons. Each card shows what the add-on does and whether it is active.

Prerequisites and availability
An admin must open this page and activate an add-on. The choices and prices can change. Read the current price, renewal terms, and any separate provider costs before you continue.
Setup and operating steps
- Go to Settings > Add-ons and choose a tool.
- Read what it does, what it costs, and what accounts you need.
- Select Activate. Review the charge, then select Confirm and activate. TaxJar uses Agree and activate.
- Finish any secure payment page that opens. Most add-on charges use your saved FlintPOS payment method and billing date.
- Wait until the card says Active. Then open its settings and finish setup.
- For TaxJar, connect your own TaxJar account in Tax Rates and test it.
Activation and setup are separate
Active means FlintPOS has turned on access to the tool. It does not mean the tool is ready for daily work. For example, an active Storefront still needs a published product and a clear readiness list. TaxJar still needs your TaxJar account connected and tested. Dispatch Pro still needs trucks, drivers, and delivery rules. Open the tool’s settings and test the work before staff or customers rely on it.

Expected results
When the status says Active, FlintPOS gives your account access to that tool. Finish its setup before staff or customers use it.
Troubleshooting
- If you do not see Add-ons, ask an admin to sign in.
- If activation does not finish, complete the secure payment page, return to FlintPOS, and check the status again.
- If a tool is still unavailable, refresh Settings and check that its status says Active.
- If TaxJar is active but tax is not coming in, connect and test your TaxJar account in Tax Rates.
