Set your store details

Enter the store name, address, time zone, and contact details you want staff and customers to see. New receipts and emails use these saved details.

Where to find it

Open Settings > Store Info. The same store profile may also be referenced while setting up payments from the POS.

Product locationSettings > Store Info

Before you start

An admin should set up this page first. Have the business name, address, tax ID, and contact details ready. Choose an image file the logo upload accepts.

Save the store profile

  1. Open Settings > Store Info. Enter Store Name and your address, phone, email, and website.
  2. Check the state, ZIP, and county. Choose your Time Zone. Schedules use that time zone.
  3. Upload your logo. Add a short Receipt Footer Message if you want one.
  4. Review the payment, signature, and portal choices shown for your store.
  5. Leave Training Mode off in a live store. Turn on Work Orders only if you need that tool.
  6. Choose Save Store Settings. Reopen the page and check a new receipt or email.

Company name and yard details

Store Name identifies the business on new customer documents. Each inventory location identifies a physical yard. For example, Ridgeview Supply can have Main Yard and North Yard. A new order document can show Ridgeview Supply as the business and North Yard as the pickup location. Changing Store Name does not change the yard saved on an order.

County helps FlintPOS find the right tax area for the store address. If the county is wrong, the tax lookup may use the wrong area. Correct the address and county, then run the lookup again.

Fields and choices

Store Info fields
FieldGuidance

Portal payment notificationsNotifications are in-app staff notices. The quiet chime is off by default.
Latitude and LongitudeUse Looking up… / Detect from address when offered. Then verify the map location before saving.

Check the result

New receipts and customer-facing links use the saved profile. Schedules use the chosen time zone, and enabled portal notices appear to staff when allowed payments arrive.

Troubleshooting

  • If tax jurisdiction or maps are wrong, correct the address and county, run address lookup again, and verify the coordinates.
  • If the logo does not appear, use a supported image file, remove the old image, and upload again.
  • If portal payment notices are distracting, leave notifications on and turn off the optional quiet chime, or disable the notice.
  • Training Mode should not be enabled in a live workspace. Save the change only after checking the banner shown to staff.
