Find the setting you need
Open Settings to set up your store. Choose the area you need, check its saved values, and save your change there.
Where to find it
Sign in to the merchant workspace and select Settings. On a narrow screen, use the Settings section selector. On a desktop screen, use the grouped sidebar.

Before you start
Most settings need an admin. Managers see the areas their role allows. Website and integration setup needs an admin. Some tools also need an active add-on.
Set up your store in this order
- Open Store Info. Check the name, address, and time zone.
- Add your yards in Inventory Locations. Set staff access in Users.
- Open Register Setup to set up counter payments. Choose paper output in Print & Slip.
- Set Tax Rates. Add delivery fees and trucks if you deliver.
- Set up email, customer pricing, and the online tools your store needs.
- Use each area’s save button. Reopen it to check the saved values. Follow its guide for a full check.
Settings that work together
Each Settings area saves a different part of your store. For example, adding East Yard in Inventory Locations creates the yard, but it does not give staff access to it. Open Users and grant access to the people who work there. Turning on an add-on also does not finish its setup. Open that tool’s settings and complete its account, product, or delivery details.
Fields and choices
| Area | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Store Basics | Store Info, Inventory Locations, Subscription, Add-ons, Users, and Tax Rates. |
| Payments | Register Setup and Print & Slip. |
| Customers | Communications, Loyalty, and Earned Pricing. |
| Website & Integrations | Flint Storefront, WooCommerce, Shipping, Website Leads, and QuickBooks when enabled. Admins only. |
| Operations & Advanced | Time Clock and Automations. |
Use the dedicated articles for field meanings. The Settings section selector is navigation, not a business setting. It keeps the chosen tab in the page address.
Check the result
The chosen tab opens with the settings available to your role and enabled features. Saving a tab refreshes its values without changing unrelated areas.
Troubleshooting
- If a tab is missing, confirm your role and whether the related add-on or integration is enabled.
- If the page opens to another tab, select the needed area from the sidebar or mobile selector.
- If a saved value appears unchanged, reopen the tab, confirm the field validation, and save again before testing the dependent workflow.
